HOW DOES THIS SUPPORT ECHO?

Every sale made on this site will see money go to Echo to help fundraise for the club. We are working together to be able to offer Echo branded items at a great price meaning you get add to your training kit and support the club at the same time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO MAKE MY ITEM & HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The cut off date for ordering and payment is the last day of the month. Everything will them be ordered, made and dropped off to your drop off location before the end of the following month ( for example - order placed 11th Sept will be made and delivered by the 27th Oct). If you need an item sooner it may be possible. Please message to discuss.

Some items may be available on a quicker turnaround (for example keyrings)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are more than happy to accept returns of unused products if they return to us in a re-sellable condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that this does not include personalised items which are unreturnable due to them being a bespoke item unless a mistake has been made on my part. Please ensure that spellings etc are correct when ordering.
